Mr Brian Wu
Chairman, Hongkong Association of Freight Forwarding and Logistics (HAFFA)
Mr Brian Wu has joined the cargo industry since 2003. He is the Director of BEL International Logistics (formerly known as Broadair Express), a leading Hong Kong-based company established in 1978. Prior to joining BEL, he has worked in different freight forwarding companies with roles involved in operations, customer services, sales and management.
Mr Wu acquired a Master of Science degree in London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (major in Information Systems) in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

- Voting Member of IATA-FIATA Governance Board
- Member of Hong Kong Logistics Development Council, Shipping & Transport Committee – Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, User Liaison Group of ROCARS – Customs & Excise Department plus Transportation and Logistics Industry Consultative Network – Employees Retraining Board
- Executive Committee Member and Airfreight Sub-committee Chairman of Hong Kong Shippers’ Council
- Visiting Lecturer and Member of Departmental Advisory Committee of PolyU’s Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies
- Vice Chairman (2009-2011), Hon. Secretary (2011-2013) and Executive Committee Member (2009-2011) of HAFFA
- Member (2012-2016) of Logistics Services Advisory Committee – HKTDC
