Award-winning architect Nicholas Ho currently serves as Deputy Managing Director of hpa (previously known as Ho & Partners Architects Engineers & Development Consultants Ltd.). Ho is the Council member of Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) (2017/2018), the member of the HKSAR Economic Development Commission - Working Group on Professional Services (2016-2019) and the council member of Lingnan University (2016-2019). Ho has served as an executive committee member of the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce (HK & International Chapter).
Ho expanded hpa with a strong presence in Southeast Asia, establishing a practice, hpa Design Studio (SE Asia) Sdn. Bhd., headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Under his dedicated leadership, the firm has undertaken major commissions celebrated for its comprehensive property services offerings - from architectural and interior design to city planning, from development consultancy to investment advisory, providing a ONE-STOP development platform to private, public institutions and government bodies.
Ho has a keen interest in exporting Hong Kong professional services abroad, as exemplified by his current projects across Southeast Asia, Europe and US. Aligning with the PRC’s mandate to develop the Belt and Road Initiative, he has been actively travelling across the region to build and promote partnership alliances along the new Silk Road.
