Huganeswaran Veerasagram is a Senior Case Counsel at the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA), where he co-ordinates the case management and administration of the statutory adjudication process under the Construction Industry Payment & Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA). His role extends to administering domestic and international commercial arbitration matters registered with the KLRCA. He was formerly a Legal Editor with a leading international legal publication house.
