Robert S. Pé is an equity partner of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP based in the firm’s Hong Kong office. He focuses his practice on international commercial dispute resolution, including high-value international arbitrations in Hong Kong, London and Singapore under various rules including the HKIAC’s Administered Arbitration Rules, the ICC Rules, SIAC’s Arbitration Rules and the UNCITRAL Rules. He also accepts appointment as arbitrator on a selective basis and has decided multiple disputes arising from private equity investments in Asia.

Mr. Pé is of Anglo-Myanmar heritage and serves as senior adviser on legal affairs to Burmese/Myanmar opposition leader and Nobel laureate, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. He gained his M.B.A. from the London Business School in 2002 and his LL.B. from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1990.
