Pui-Ki Emmanuelle Ta is the Counsel of the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration – Asia Office, based in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Ms Ta was deputy counsel of the ICC Court Secretariat in Paris, and was a founding member of its Asia-Office.

She holds a law degree from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and is admitted to practice in France. She speaks French, English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
