Mr Denis Brock
Council Member, The Law Society of Hong Kong

Mr Denis Brock first served the Law Society Council member in 2000. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Practitioners Affairs and Member of Standing Committee on Compliance and Standing Committee on Policy and Resources. He is a partner of O’Melveny & Myers’ Hong Kong office. His main areas of practice are commercial and corporate arbitration, litigation and regulatory investigations.

Mr. Brock is a (Solicitor) Advocate in England and Wales and one of only a handful of (Solicitor) Advocates in Hong Kong. He is also qualified to practise law in Australia (1990), New Zealand (2000) and New York (2006).

Mr. Brock is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, and has been appointed as arbitrator on various arbitral panels in Asia and Europe. He has also acted as a former temporary judge in the High Court of Hong Kong.
