Mr Chen Shuang
Executive Director and CEO, China Everbright Limited

Mr. Chen Shuang is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Decision Committee of China Everbright Limited (stock code: HK 165). He is also Executive Director and Deputy General Manager of China Everbright Holdings Company Limited and Executive Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (stock code: HK 1848).

A senior economist, Mr. Chen has over 22 years of experience in commercial and investment banking. He is currently a non-official member of the Financial Services Development Council, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong, Vice-Chairman of the Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong, and visiting professor of the East China University of Political Science and Law. Prior to joining China Everbright Group in 2001, he was Chief of the Legal Department of the Bank of Communications.

Mr. Chen graduated from the East China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Law degree.
