Ms Pitinan Kooarmornpatana
Director of Information Technology, Electronic Transactions Development Agency, Thailand

Ms. Pitinan Kooarmornpatana is the Director of Infrastructure Office at Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA). Before being the Director of ETDA, she was ETDA’s Assistant Director of Research and Development responsible for leading the e-Certificate Project with Thai Bar Association for using legal document electronically; she also lead the research about the best practice for e-Service provider, e-timestamp, e-notary, and e-archive; She was also the lead auditor for electronic transition law and regulations compliance. . Her current responsibility as being the Certification Manager for Thailand National Root Certification Authority, Project Manager for Trade Facilitation Service using e-Document and PKI Digital Signing infrastructure to support Thailand’s Digital Economy Agenda and being the IT Advisor for Thai Government Advisory Committee in ICANN.
