February 2007 - Deputy Commander, Training and Doctrine Command, Phil Army. He was the Chief, AFP Modernization Program Management Office, AFP from June 2008 to March 2010 and Chief, Office of Strategic and Special Studies, AFP. Retired from military service in 2010.
