Elmer Ho is currently the Chief Fashion Designer of Cerruti 1881, an Italian brand with French mood interpretation. Its fashion Maison is renowned for its masculine ready to wear since 1967 and is located in Place de la Madeleine in Paris.

After Elmer's graduation, he began his fashion career in 2000. Until 2007, he became the Chief Designer in both Ladies wear and Menswear at a leading Hong Kong local lifestyle fashion brand, INITIAL. He was then appointed as the Chief Designer of DUBRAN in 2010, one of the most top suit and leisure wear brands in Japan and worldwide.
