Cita Citrawinda, a prominent Intellectual Property Consultant and former chairperson of the Indonesia Intellectual Property Society (1996 - June 2002), started her professional career in 1987 at the Biro Oktroi Roosseno firm. She is the third generation who since 1987 until mid April 2004 managed, organized, expanded, and built up a reputation for Biro Oktroi Roosseno, a family-based firm.
Educational Background
Received a Law degree from University of Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1985.
Master of Intellectual Property degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, New Hampshire in 1993, as the first woman in Indonesia who gained a Master of Intellectual Property degree.
PhD degree cum laude in economic law on the subject of Trade Secret from University of Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1999.
Based on DR. Cita Citrawinda's extensive experience throughout her years in the field of intellectual property as well as her full commitment on the international development of intellectual property to meet the global world challenges, she has established her own firm and is the founder of LAW OFFICE CITA CITRAWINDA NOERHADI & ASSOCIATES.
She is a frequent speaker at numerous seminar, workshop and conferences addressing intellectual property matters.
